**About this role**

The Service Manager VIC/TAS will ensure the provision of exceptional client service to a portfolio of existing NCI clients, ensuring renewal targets are met and cross selling opportunities are realised.

Daily activities include:

- Mentoring and leading a team of Client Service Managers.
- Servicing a portfolio of clients as assigned by the GM VIC/TAS ensuring that renewal targets are met/exceeded.
- Assist existing NCI clients with complex queries regarding NCI’s products and services (including demonstrations of relevant NCI products as required).
- Acting as an intermediary between NCI clients and insurance providers as required.
- Creating leads and opportunities for NCI brokers from an existing portfolio.
- Cross selling of all NCI services to create growth opportunities.

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you will:

- Have a strong working knowledge of the trade credit insurance industry (minimum five years’ experience).
- Have prior experience managing a team of client service professionals.
- Have demonstrated experience as Client Relationship Manager (or similar) in a complex setting with an emphasis on client relationships and cross selling.
- Be self motivated, dynamic and results-driven.
- Be passionate about driving business growth.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding renewal targets.
- Have an encouraging approach and be able to work as part of a small, close-knit team.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
