**About Us**:
City Venue Management is a facility management company managing Aquatic Centres & Health Clubs stretching from the Gold Coast through to the Sunshine Coast. **What are we looking for?**
- We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Person to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in keeping CVM's venues in tip-top shape, ensuring the facilities and grounds are kept in good working order and are presented well at all times.

**Key Requirements**
- General knowledge and ability to work with numerous hand and power tools (All tools will be provided)
- 2 years + experience in repairs and maintenance work
- General carpentry and painting experience
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Proficiency in the use of basic software, including the use of repairs and maintenance reporting (experience using Mojo Helpdesk is beneficial)
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check) or ability to obtain before commencement

**Key Skills**
- Physically fit - heavy lifting, long days outside and on the road driving (Gold Coast, Gore, Brisbane, Toowoomba & Sunshine Coast) and a generally physically demanding role that requires stamina and endurance
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple R&M jobs simultaneously
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn information into insight and action
