**APAC Real Estate Research Team**

We have professional full-time researchers in the region that cover the Asia Pacific region (offices in Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney). We are part of a truly Global Research Team which has around twenty professionals around the globe (including London, Frankfurt and New York).

The research analysis is fully embedded into the investment process, and we perform an important tole in the assessment and underwriting each real estate transaction.

**Your responsibilities -**

As our Real Estate Research Analyst based in Australia, you will:

- You will need to undertake real estate market research work and deliver the results across Asia Pacific region with a focus on Australia and New Zealand
- Form the House View forecasts for each city for the major four property types, including office, retail, logistics and residential sectors, and ttranslate the House View into actionable investment strategies
- Produce and contribute ideas for topical investment strategy for both internal and external publication
- Support our client facing functions in articulating our view to clients and the wider market
- Be encouraged to have continuous interaction with the wider global team as we formulate APAC regionwide views and Global investment strategies
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, journalism, or similar discipline.
- A minimum of 2- 3 years' research experience related to real estate investment
- Good understanding of macroeconomic and capital market drivers of real estate
- Skills to use market data to understand current conditions and performance
- A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations
- Demonstrable written and presentation skills
- Good work ethics and teamwork spirit
