We are looking for an Agile Technical Lead & Technical Co-ordinator to join our clients existing development team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the development team to build algorithms and develop end-user functionality.
- Produce clean, efficient, safe, and quality code based on specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the system in various environments.
- Work within an agile environment to deliver against a backlog.
- Lead the technical discussions with customer and help offshore team with technical issues.
- Discuss and define architectural and design decisions with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management and communications with regular reporting.
- Organise and conduct technical workshops and showcases with customer and business.
- Effort estimation, task planning and execution.
- Showcase sprint review/progress to customer on regular basis.
- Drive and lead the execution of the engagement from delivery perspective.
- Single point of contact for customers to answer any questions or resolve issues.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Identify process improvement to streamline the current solution development adding more value in quality and time consumption.
- Ensure correct coding standards have been followed with proper code tuning.
- Ensure and maintain high quality standards in the design and technical documentation delivered to the customer.

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Proven **10+ years’ experience **as a Software Developer or similar role.
- Substantial experience with the **following technologies**:

- **C#**:

- **.NET Core**:

- **Entity Framework**:

- **Web API. Rabbit MQ**:

- **Docker**:

- **Redis Cache**:

- **Kubernetes**:

- **Git**
- Nice to have:

- **ReactJS**:

- **TypeScript**:

- **CSS**
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management and usage of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with **database technologies**:SQL Server**:

- Experience with **microservice architectures and containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes**.
- Ability to **mock-up and create user interfaces.**:

- Excellent soft skills
- Experience in working with and managing remote teams
