**Your role**:
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be:

- Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
- Working to lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
- Scoping and designing features and enhancement to the platforms to meet wide ranging business requirements for customer experience.
- Advising on best practice of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
- Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers.

**Your profile**:

- Expertise in Service Cloud
- Proficiency in OmniStudio
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proficiency in Apex programming
- Strong integration skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps for deployments
- Salesforce Certification in Public Sector Solutions
- Core Salesforce Certifications (including Admin, Sales, Service, PD1)5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions**What you’ll love about working here**
