The organisation specialises in delivering turnkey projects to large Capital City Airports, and regional airport facilities. Their project scope incorporates advanced technologies to improve the performance and efficiencies of airport operations such as, traffic handling, runway and taxi lighting to tower based traffic control systems, intelligent gate and docking automation.

**Project Scheduler / Project Planner**
Join their construction team, commencing onsite at a new runway construction project in Nowra Hill. This opportunity will see you work closely with technical experts, Engineers, Project Directors and Project Managers to create and manage high level project schedules, linking critical activities across multiple projects.

Day to day responsibilities of this role will include:

- Work closely with the Project team to develop, maintain and manage the project schedule
- Participate in Project team meetings across multiple projects
- Track project progression and provide weekly update of project schedules to project team
- Preparation of spend curves and cash-flow forecasts during the duration of the project
- Regularly review critical path, cost loading, schedule content, use of relationships and lag, constraints and milestones
- Create a program schedule which interfaces between senior management, Department Managers, and Project Managers to gather data and adjust scheduling parameters.

To be considered for this opportunity you will possess following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in project scheduling within the construction industry
- Proficient with scheduling software, ideally Primavera P6 (MS Project considered)
- Confidence working onsite, and communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels in a clear and concise manner
- Able to work with project teams to provide accurate data based on project progress yet maintain independence to report accurately to senior management
