SPECIAL PROJECTS CO-ORDINATOR

Outstanding opportunity in a rapidly growing construction company to provide leadership and operational expertise.

The position will be focusing on the following tasks:

- Project Management of special projects.
- Managing and assisting with company software management when required.

Other tasks may include:

- Trouble shooting
- Dealing with progress claims and variations
- Verifying subcontractor and material supplier claims
- Coordinating and tracking man power to projects across all prospects
- Monitoring commercial aspects of each project to ensure best possible outcome
- Assistance in provision of safe work environment
- General administration and data entry
- Working closely to support project managers
- Estimating and onsite measuring

YOU

We are looking for an individual who has hands on management experience with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills who is results driven and focussed on continued improvement, yet considerate of the existing team and the impact of any change may have.

Working with management staff to facilitate smooth running and efficiency.

*Building and construction experience is essential.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
