**Production Quality & Scheduling Supervisor - Kitchen Joinery**

Full time position available in a busy Kitchen/Joinery Manufacturer.

Are you a highly organised, quality-driven individual with a strong background in production scheduling and team coordination? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Production Quality and Scheduling Supervisor** to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

**About the Role**:
As the Production Quality and Scheduling Supervisor, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for coordinating factory schedules, monitoring quality at all stages of production, and ensuring seamless readiness for dispatch. You’ll work closely with the Factory Manager, Production Operations Manager, and Install/Service teams to deliver a high-quality product on time, every time.

**Preferred skills and experience**
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory or scheduling role within manufacturing or joinery.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes in a production environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively across departments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital scheduling/reporting systems
- Knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes (an advantage).

Renumeration Package Negotiable (dependant on level of experience)
