FRRR has a vacancy in our Place grant-making portfolio and is seeking an experienced manager with exceptional skills in program management, development, implementation and evaluation, and relationship and stakeholder management. If this sounds like you and you’d like to align your skills and experience with good purpose in a talented team and organisation committed to the vitality of remote, rural, and regional Australian communities, then this role with FRRR might be for you.

**As the**
**VIC/TAS/SA Grants Program Manager**
**, you will**:

- Lead and deliver the Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania component of the Strengthening Rural Communities grants program;
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with community individuals, groups and networks, peak bodies, Local Government and Government Agency personnel;
- Support retention and development of funding and donor partnerships to grow support to Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian communities

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Strong project management experience with a solid track record in delivering programs on budget and on-time with high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships, negotiate, and work constructively with funding bodies and other stakeholders, and represent the organisation to a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative, demonstrating strong attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to manage complex competing priorities and meet timelines.
- Demonstrated experience working in or with rural, regional and remote communities and understanding of remote, rural and regional issues.
