**THE ROLE**
An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and motivated team player with strong grant management skills and experience. As a Grants Program Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all stages of grants delivery Multicultural Affairs grants programs within Fairer Victoria. To be successful in the role you will have highly developed stakeholder engagement skills, a passion for systems, process and program improvements and the ability to work flexible across multiple grants programs. Ideally you will have recent experience using online grant management databases and Victorian Government briefing and correspondence systems.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Under limited direction, support the Multicultural Affairs' Programs and Partnerships branch's policy requests, including briefs, reports and correspondence on a range of complex issues.
- Provide considered verbal and written advice and accurate information to senior managers and the Minister for Multicultural Affairs that influences decision making.
