**The opportunity**

You will thrive working in a diverse, fun, yet challenging team environment. Bring your experience in WHS and driving efficiencies whilst ensuring quality standards are adhered to as our new OH&S Officer

Duties include but are not limited to: *

*
Review, develop and implement systems and procedures to appropriately manage risk.
- Advise the OH&S Committee and management team on safety matters and recommendations.
- Support staff to develop risk assessments as required.
- Prepare and maintain Safety Management System documentation such as Risk Assessment Templates, Procedures, Work Instructions and Guidelines
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations in conjunction with relevant managers
- Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to any breach of health and safety standards.

**Ideal experience includes**:
*
Tertiary Qualification in an associated field
- Experience in a similar role - ideally within the manufacturing industry
- Prior experience consulting with stakeholders across varying levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- First Aid Certificate preferred but not essential
