Vibe Natural Health is a multidisciplinary wellness medicine practice that provides a balanced team-based approach to healthcare. We are looking for an experienced and mature receptionist to join our busy Grange practice. The role involves a high-level of patient interaction & a variety of reception, customer service & practitioner-support tasks, in a dynamic & rewarding environment.

A large part of this role is talking to potential clients, listening to their needs and directing them to the practitioner that can best help them achieve their health goals. Previous customer service and sales experience will be highly considered. You must be a people person at heart

- Advanced computer competency including Word, Outlook, Excel and an ability to learn new software quickly
- Own car and Drivers license
- Professional presentation
- Friendly, considerate, helpful, and a natural people-person with a resilient nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and comfortable learning new software
- Medical / health reception experience is an advantage but not essential
- Must enjoy working in a small team and be able to accept direction from management.

The position will be up to 3 days a week and requires flexibility to work varied shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pm Monday - Friday with alternate Saturday shifts. You must be available to work school holidays and have reliable after hours care for children.

This role is typically not suited to students.
