Supreme Hospitality Services is currently hiring an experienced overnight Deep Cleaning Specialist to clean all Kitchen Areas of our Melbourne City Hotel.

Right now, we're looking for a Kitchen Cleaning specialist to help oversee the work of our Kitchen in 5 star Hotel to ensure product quality and cleanliness standards are met.

This is a overnight position starting at 12am to 7am 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays starting as soon as possible.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

You will be accountable for:

- Deep Cleaning Ovens
- Cleaning stove tops and fryers
- Under benches and Floors
- the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen including cool rooms, sinks, benches, walls, floors and equipment.
- Some heavy lifting will be required
- Responsiable for deep cleaning of all kitchen areas.
- the ability to work interdependently and unsupervised is crucial for the role

**Skills and experience**

We are seeking a dedicated and committed cleaner who:

- preferably has had commercial cleaning experience
- has an eye for detail and has an understanding of commercial kitchen food handling & hygiene requirements
- is highly motivated and can work unsupervised at times.
- must have their own transport

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
