The Settlement Hotel Cranbourne is an exciting hospitality complex full of old world Victorian comfort and charm.  We are currently looking for a motivated and hardworking kitchen hand to work in our busy and dynamic kitchen.  There is also the opportunity to learn new skills in the area of food preparation for keen applicants.   Causal position, varied shifts – must be available nights and weekends.

Summary of duties:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the Kitchen & Building surrounds
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Adherence to Work Health and Safety Guidelines
  • Washing and cleaning pots, pans, utensils and appliances

A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and good communication skills Ability to work well within a team environment and under pressure Be available to work days, nights and weekends and have your own reliable transport.
