This well-funded ASX listed Rare Earths focused company, is now looking to progress their South Australian Rare Earths (REE) project and are looking for a Study Manager to lead, shape and progress their greenfields project towards development and production.

With their project being 100% owned and holding all four key rare earth elements required for the production of rare earth permanent magnets, the project has immense growth potential to establish a world-scale rare earths critical to global decarbinsation efforts.

Reporting to the newly appointed CEO, you will be responsible for developing and running the overall project study through to FID and into development. Working closely with the highly skilled management and technical team, you will drive the study from current greenfield stage, guide, manage and grow your project team and engage consultants where required.

You will have extensive experience in setting up, progressing and delivering technically challenging studies. While the final study will encompass the entire operation including approvals, mining method and infrastructure, being REE, there will be a natural strong focus on optimising processing, flow sheets, test work - and some experience in managing these aspects will be well regarded. The company has already established excellent community relations with local stakeholders and a key part of this role will be to take an active role in maintaining and further developing stakeholder engagment as the project progresses.

This permanent opportunity will be based in the corporate head office in Adelaide and require travel to site (regional South Australia) as well as some national and international travel. An attractive remuneration package including short and long-term incentives is on offer.
