Job description

Quality Rugs and Furniture is an Australian Furniture and Rug Company that has the Latest Modern Furniture and both Traditional and Modern Rugs. We have 5 showrooms across Victoria and New south Wales.

Our Sydney showroom is conveniently located on 1/82 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe, NSW ,2141.

We have an exciting range of modern and traditional furniture as well as huge range of modern and traditional Persian rugs. We are looking for a customer service focused and motivated Retail Sales Assistant for our store.

Must be available to work Monday to Sunday, to be successful for this fantastic role you must have:

  • Prior Experience in Retail

  • Outstanding Customer Service

  • Work in a Team Environment

  • Be Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant

  • computer Knowledge ( MS Office )

  • Heavy Lifting required ( hanging, taking down and carrying rugs up to 15 kgs to customer's cars)

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

  • Penalty rates

Experience:

  • Retail: 2 year (Preferred)

  • Sales: 2 year (Preferred)

  • Customer service: 2 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Any Language other than English (Preferred Arabic language but not must)

Licence/Certification:

  • Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
