**Role Overview**:
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person, who is flexible and willing to cover various tasks necessary to launch our new re-use coffee scheme, has the appetite to help around at events, deliver and pick up cups during the launch phase and can cover other ad-hoc tasks required in the initial stages of the launch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Operations**: Oversee the daily running of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflows and organization.
- **Dishwasher Operation**: Operate and maintain a commercial dishwasher to clean reusable coffee cups, following health and safety standards.
- **Loading and Unloading**:Unload deliveries and load products as needed, ensuring proper handling of inventory.
- **Packing**: Sort, inspect, and pack reusable coffee cups for distribution.
- **Maintenance**:Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
- **Inventory Management**:Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries; maintain accurate inventory records.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and report any issues or hazards to the Warehouse Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations or similar roles is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery such as a commercial dishwasher & walk behind forklift
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 15kg) as required.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, may include weekends or early mornings.
- Physical role requiring frequent lifting, standing, and movement throughout the day.
- Based in **Alexandria, Sydney**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
