RØDE is looking for passionate, talented and dedicated Influencer Coordinator to join our team and grow our influencer base.

Part of The Freedman Group, RØDE is a leading manufacturer of high-quality microphones and audio equipment, which can be found in studios, venues, on-location, and in the hands of creatives in every corner of the world. Our products are designed and primarily manufactured by our industry-leading team in Sydney and are exported to over 119 countries globally through more than 6000 dealers, including Amazon, Best Buy, Sweetwater, Guitar Center, Thomann and JB Hi-Fi. **About the role**:

- Work with the Head of Global Marketing Strategy to outreach and grow influencer base.
- Constantly discover influencers that relate to product strategy.
- Maintain a personal relationship with influencers.
- Contribute and execute campaign strategies (weekly/ monthly).
- Keep data and analytics on influencer compliance schedules.
- Executing new collection launch strategies with influencers, under Head of Global Marketing Strategy guidance.
- Sending product to influencers and creating influencer packs.
- Work alongside the marketing team to come up with new ideas and campaigns.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Communication.
- A thorough understanding of social media platforms, content and it’s connection with users.
- Understand the strength of user generated content.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be collaborative, think outside of the box and bring ideas to the table.
- Experience in planning and managing social media / influencer strategies.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing.
