**Sales Assistant**

Direct Trades Supply Pty Ltd [DTS] is proudly Western Australian owned and run. DTS is a one-stop equipment warehouse providing construction materials, safety PPE, tools & machinery, security fencing, and rural fencing to WA construction, mining and agriculture sectors.

**About the Position**
- This is a pathway to a fantastic career as a Key Account Manager.
- The role will be fast paced, helping our Business Development & Key Account managers grow their existing portfolio of key clients.
- Most of all, we seek a team player who is self-motivated, and demonstrates commitment and attention to detail and wants more than a job.
- Someone who is energetic and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty in store.

**Responsibilities would include but not limited to**:

- Internal support of Business Development/Key Account Managers.
- Assist with the preparation of customer quotations.
- Processing orders and despatch information.
- Sourcing & purchasing products.
- Order follow-ups and general internal customer liaison.

**Employment hours & remuneration**
- Full time position, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm
- Salary $75,000.00 to $85,000.00

**We are seeking**:

- Ability to analyse and problem solve, a patient attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement
- A hands-on can-do attitude with a positive outlook and genuine sense of team work.
- Reliable and committed to a long-term position
- Industry knowledge will be an advantage, but is not essential
