Recruitment Account Manager

Dash Group is an exciting, fast growing Recruitment company. Whilst it is only 5 years old - it has made an impressive quick start to its business life within the broad Trades and Labour Hire, Healthcare/AgedCare, Construction & Engineering and Building Services sectors - in Melbourne and Sydney.

Due to its continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team, to service our existing client portfolio and grow the brand.

We offer a positive working culture, no micro-management, and a genuine career path into management as we've recently promoted two managers this year.
- About yourself;_
You will ideally have had two years of experience in recruitment, sales, or account management within recruitment or outbound sales.

We are seeking a dynamic and focused consultant to join a high-performing team.
- Your day to day duties include (but not limited to);_
- Servicing Clients
- Reverse Marketing
- Using our CRM systems Job Adder & Fast Track, Linkedin and Seek
- Working in collaboration with the resourcer and BDM
- Filling roles including trades and labour
- Managing a national portfolio
