**What You’ll Do**:

- **Create memorable welcomes**: Meet and greet guests with professionalism and warmth.
- **Smooth transitions**: Manage check-ins and check-outs for individuals and groups.
- **Problem-solving pro**: Handle guest inquiries and complaints with confidence and care.
- **Keep things running**: Take charge of the switchboard, systems, and cash management.
- **Be the local expert**: Promote Sea World Resort’s services and share insider tips about local activities and events.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous hotel industry experience with a proven flair for customer service.
- Experience with **OPERA PMS** (a huge plus).
- Night audit experience (advantageous but not essential).
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- Advanced computer skills and a passion for teamwork.
