**The Opportunity**

This is a busy office and they appreciate the work a skilled administrator, receptionist can provide. Reception is a great pathway into the real estate industry and this role will lead directly to a career in Property Management or sales for the right person.

Priding themselves on their team culture and staff development the successful applicants for this roles will be professionals and understand the value they can add by managing a great front desk and sharing their positive, bright and bubbly persona.

This role is the conduit between the external customers (landlords and tenants, vendors and purchasers) and the staff within the business. This is also a great role for someone who enjoys administration and is happy to work in a busy support role while they are trained and introduced to the work of real estate.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering the overflow of incoming calls
- Administration as required to support rentals and sales
- Greeting clients
- Liaison with other staff members and management
- Managing customer expectations
- Supporting the property management team with administration and ad hoc duties.

**About You**
- Real estate Administration and or reception experience
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
