**About the opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Security Service Management & Governance we have a new role for a Service Delivery Analyst to join our APAC Cyber team. This role will work with all the Security teams under the CISO to create and redevelop processes to be streamlined, accurate and managed via a central repository. This will ensure success across Security operations with standardised approaches to tasks and outputs. You’ll define and deploy automation opportunities to reduce administration requirements to the Security teams and provide a better customer experience. Proactively work with the security teams to assist and drive improvements, whilst always maintaining a customer lens for the delivery of services. You’ll source and provide quality assured information, as well as support to stakeholders for Security projects and ensuring a successful customer focussed delivery. Driving best business and ITIL practices to deliver consistent and customer centric driven outcomes.

**How will I help?**
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science (desired)
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in Change Management/CAB
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Technology
- Experience on ITIL processes implementation
- ITIL foundations V3
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC preferred or other security certifications
