An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our retail management team on a full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week) basis at our Essendon store.

Energetiks is a leader in sustainable dancewear, dedicated to empowering dancers worldwide with premium-quality, eco-friendly dancewear. We're passionate about innovation, sustainability, and all things dance. Our mission is to inspire and support the dance community, while leading the change in environmentally conscious dancewear.

The Assistant Store Manager is a vital part of the Energetiks community, ensuring exceptional level of customer-centric service on the retail floor by assisting the Store Manager with training, coaching and working closely with Dancewear Consultants to deliver an amazing customer experience.

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Reflect and live the Energetiks core values and culture
- Maintain the highest level of customer service
- Adopt a ‘lead by example’ attitude to create strong results and a customer focused team
- Enhance store performance and support the team to ensure staff are personally challenged in the achievement of KPIs, training goals and superior product knowledge
- Create and maintain strong relationships with local dance schools, teachers, and community
- Ensure a proactive approach to store operations, stock management and store presentation
- Maintain company policies and procedures
- Assisting the Store Manager with store growth, administration, meetings, performance tracking and reporting
- Available to work on weekdays & weekends
- A background in classical ballet, with experience en pointe
- Confident leading people, management experience is preferred
- Sound administrative skills and confident with computer processes
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and ability to use initiative
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- A positive, vibrant & high-spirited approach with a genuine love of dance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to changing priorities
- Impeccable grooming and high presentation standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
