**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **WordPress Front End Designer** to join our team of digital marketing professionals based in Australia.

The successful applicant will need to be experienced in all aspects of website design and development from concept to completion, including but not limited to:

- Using Figma prototyping tool, create visually stunning website and landing page static concepts
- Build mobile responsive, speed optimised websites in WordPress (Elementor Page Builder) with modern design, layout and UX, SEO and CRO best practices
- Installing and configuring third-party plugins for added functionality
- Optimising websites for speed and performance
- Ensuring website security through best practices and plugins
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for WordPress websites
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years relevant industry experience in Front End website design
- Excellent knowledge of WordPress
- Excellent knowledge of Elementor Page Builder
- Excellent knowledge of Figma web prototyping tool
- Excellent knowledge of User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) principles
- Excellent knowledge of speed optimisation platforms, principals and techniques
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
