**UX/UI Front end Designer**

**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Front end Designer to join our team at Trideca

**Job Requirements**
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product owner and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.

**Job Qualifications and Skill Sets**
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of related projects.
- Proficient in design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate closely with developers and project managers
