Are you ready to be the marketing superhero at a dynamic software company? We’re looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** to support our growing marketing team. If you're a creative, organised, and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for digital innovation, we'd love to have you on board

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Marketing Materials Mastermind** - Keep our brand shining bright You’ll manage digital asset libraries, presentation decks, and branded collateral, ensuring everything is on point and in line with our brand standards.
- ** Campaign Coordinator Extraordinaire** - Help execute and coordinate exciting marketing campaigns by managing timelines, tracking performance metrics, updating content calendars, and delivering awesome assets
- ** Social Media Superstar** - Take charge of our social media strategy across all platforms to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience.
- ** Event Coordination Pro** - From trade shows to corporate events, you'll assist in coordinating logistics, vendor relationships, and on-the-ground event execution. It's all about making a lasting impression
- ** Tech Savvy** - You'll maintain and optimise marketing tech systems like HubSpot and content management systems to boost team efficiency and campaign performance.
- ** Brand Guardian** - Ensure our messaging and designs are flawless by helping with quality checks, updating templates, and supporting the sales team with updated presentations and sales decks.
- ** Web Content Wizard** - Keep our website fresh and engaging You'll collaborate with the digital team to manage content updates and make sure everything is aligned with our marketing goals.
- ** Team Collaborator** - Work closely with other departments to deliver on ad-hoc and recurring marketing requests and projects.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2+ years in marketing (preferably B2B or software; bonus points for mining experience but it’s not essential).
- Strong creative and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

***Skills**:

- Outstanding communication skills—written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and content management systems.
- A knack for eye-catching design and consistent messaging.
- ** Bonus**: If you know your way around the mining industry or enterprise software solutions, we’ll be even more excited
