【Role Overview】
- Full-time position
- Conducting open inspections, ongoing inspections, and routine inspections
- Handling entry reports and exit/bond inspections
- Responsible for organizing repairs and maintenance tasks
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is desirable.
- Demonstrated reliability and time efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
