We are seeking an experienced Inventory Health Analyst to join our Finance team, taking care of the identification and reduction of our aged inventory exposure.

Leveraging advanced analytics, the Inventory Health Analyst reports, analyses, and drives the focus on, and improvement towards mitigating our aged inventory exposure.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Take responsibility for the facilitation of the slow, obsolete and excess inventory process at Arnott's
- Build, maintain and continuously improve reporting
- Design and implement the right metrics and KPIs to track the efficacy of the slow, obsolete and excess inventory process
- Focus on all inventory, including finished goods, raw materials, and packaging
- Doggedly chase down actions and mitigation activities that reduce our aged inventory exposure
- Remain singularly-focused on tracking every dollar, identifying every area of exposure, and centralising this information in a way that makes it easy for the organisation to understand
- Working with the Category Project Management Office, ensure product deletions are well managed and write-off risk is mitigated

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain, Financial, or Commercial analysis - ideally within a Sales & Operations, Planning, and/or Integrated Business Planning environment
- Exceptional working knowledge of reporting & advanced analytics tools and IBP management tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP APO/IBP, Tableau, Power BI)
- 2+ years expereince in FMCG/CPG, pharmaceutical or associated industries, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Management highly desirable
- Highly analytical
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
