**The Team & Role**:
Note: This is a fixed term position.

**What you'll do**:

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, to coach and provide expert advice on hiring best practices, including techniques to mitigate bias and maximise hiring success.
- Utilise talent analytics and dashboards to assist partnering interactions, and work with our People Partners to forecast talent movements and future talent needs.
- Provide direct and indirect leadership and mentoring to team members and peers, ensuring alignment and collaborative working behaviours.

**What you'll bring**:

- Significant experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Greenhouse.
- A team player with excellent communication skills, including the ability to partner with people at all levels of the organisation, with clarity and enthusiasm.
- The ability to manage a high volume of roles in a fast-paced team environment.
- The ability to operate with high independence in your capacity as a talent partner, including proactive problem solving, decision making, and providing direction and support to others.
- Significant experience and understanding of effective advertising venues, with particular expertise utilising LinkedIn recruiter tools.
- Exposure to and experience in a technology or e-commerce businesses (_preferred_).
