Oporto GREENWOOD PLAZA are seeking a cashier / customer service assistant.

Duties include:

- Taking orders as cash register. Whilst providing efficient and friendly service.
- Upselling and suggesting add-on items to customers.
- Promoting our loyalty program and encouraging customers to join.
- Promoting our customer feedback program to customers.
- Cleaning FOH counter / station.
- Restocking (drinks, packaging, condiments, napkins)
- Assist with packing and presenting orders to customers (as required)

**Requirements**:

- Must be passionate about quality customer service and possess ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
- Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
- Able to commute to North Sydney.
- Must be available Monday - Friday day shifts. 9:30am - 4:15pm
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and team.
- Ability to follow policies and directions.
- Must be reliable, hardworking and quick learner.
