**About the opportunity**:
You will support on product performance & volume growth objectives for the Roofing range of products, whilst partnering with customers and our sales teams. You are a creative thinker who is keen for success, proactive & driven who values being a team player.
You will have the opportunity to work with Marketing professionals, in a supportive & collaborative environment. This is a great role to be part of exciting projects, gain extensive exposure to the CSR network whilst working with a great range of products.
Flexible work arrangements will be that you can work from home a couple days a week & be available to work with the team at our North Ryde Head office & Seven Hills.
This is a 12-month contract to commence in September.

**Some of your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Support product sales initiatives through new and existing customer channels
- Maintain Product roadmap and support range planning to maximise profitability, competitor insights and analysis
- Support the marketing team with technical information, sales and industry insights to develop channel marketing strategy and maximise growth
- Develop the business case to exploit unmet opportunities which can improve commercial returns for the product ranges
- Report, monitor and adapt the tactics of the marketing strategy to ensure the success of initiatives
- Tracking competitor performance, market trends and consumer research to assist in providing recommendation for product/brand development.
- Adherence of range to standards & compliance requirements
- Regular review of product information & maintenance of product master information used in collateral
- Technical support to sales teams and customers including the development & delivery of relevant product information, content, presentations & training to stakeholders
- Product Quality & standard warranty issues

What will make you an excellent fit?
- At least 2 years' experience in a marketing or product role
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing
- High attention to detail and a natural inclination to be the “technical expert”
- Experience in new product identification & development
- Strong communication skills and can successfully network and engage with a range of stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Good problem solving skills
- Positive disposition and collaborative team player
