**TasWater**
TasWater Capital Delivery Office (CDO) is an Alliance between TasWater, UGL, CPB and WSP Australia.
The TasWater CDO will deliver:
- Major water infrastructure projects across Tasmania as part of the TasWater $1.1 billion capital works program
- Timely, cost effective, and quality capital works solutions for all stakeholders
- Improved safety outcomes
- Capacity and capability to transition the program back to TasWater post completion
- The necessary framework for emergent projects
**About the Role**
TasWater CDO have a requirement for a HSEQ Manager to join our programs team. This role provides leadership, advice and support in driving exceptional HSEQ performance through alignment and delivery of the TW CDO Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) programs.
**What will a day in this role look like**:
- Contribute to developing and implementing the CDO P&C strategy, in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the delivery of all P&C generalist activities over the employee lifecycle including recruitment, on/off boarding, performance management, training and development, remuneration and benefits, employee relation and other value adding projects, ensuring compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate P&C/ER/IR advice to managers and employees on a range of P&C issues including remuneration, retention initiatives, succession planning, conduct and capability matters, grievances, organisation change, and a range of employment and employee relation matters.
- You will be working across multiple areas of the business
**What are we looking for you to bring to the team**:
- Tertiary HRM qualifications, or equivalent years of experience
- Great work ethic and looking to take the next step in their career
- Solid working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including remuneration and benefits, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management, organisation development and change management
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
