**Exciting opportunity for a talented HR Business Partner to work collaboratively in developing and delivering our people strategy.**

**About the Role**

Are you a talented HR Business Partner looking for a challenging opportunity? This exciting newly created HR Business Partner will directly make a difference through influencing and collaborating with the business to achieve results.

The HR Business Partner will provide advice to our people leaders on effective people processes to influence the culture and performance of our business and helps shape the people strategy for the MyState Group to ensure we have the right talent, organisational structure, people processes and culture to support exceptional performance.

**More specifically, in this role you will**:

- Create customer ‘WOW’ by creating relationships at a senior level to understand business needs and demands to tailor HR approach.
- Coach leaders in cultural advancement, capability uplift, talent and leadership development.
- Chase the better by identifying and implementing improvement initiatives that contribute to culture and productivity.
- Partner with people leaders to manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding through to exits.
- Provide guidance on HR strategy and context, and seek to enable and embed transformation.
- Provide trusted advice on HR, policies, procedures and framework, including assisting and managing employee relations matters.
- Collaborate to win by playing a key role in strategically business partnering with people leaders during business planning processes and the development of Strategic Workforce Plans.
- IR Management, including EA negotiations, workforce transformation and other highly consultative programs.

- You are down to earth, resilient, agile to change, have an eye for detail and are results driven. Naturally your communication and interpersonal skills will be a strength as you interact with a variety of stakeholders.
