Job description

Early Childhood Educator - Certificate III or Diploma or above in Children's Services

**If you are looking for a small service (38 licenced places) where the general stress level is low and the staff, along with the children and their families, function as a one strong unit, then you have come to the right plac**e.

**Your role**
- Minimum of Certificate III or Diploma in Children's services (ACECQA approved)
- Hold a current First Aid, child protection, WWCC, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Shift work between 7.00am and 6.00pm

**Responsibilities**
- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engage and supervise the children at all times
- Supervising the daily routine of children
- Supervising the hygiene of children
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and the service policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
