Tip Top Springwood is currently recruiting permanent full time and part time cleaners to join its high performing hygiene team to ensure good manufacturing practice (GMP) in reference to cleaning across both internal and external site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly engaged, collaborative work environment with strong leadership and career opportunities. This is a Tuesday to Saturday opportunity with parking available onsite and fantastic employee benefits.

**Key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Correct understating and follow the work instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Set up, operation and adjustment all machinery and equipment relevant to cleaning.
- Cleaning of mixers, mezzanine floors, provers, ovens, coolers, conveyors, factory walls and paths, ceilings, windows, flour silos and sieve rooms, rubbish bin areas and other parts of the site
- Use of chemical - making sure correct chemicals are used at recommended ratios for all the tasks.
- Compliance with GMP, BRC and all internal & external audits.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Previous cleaning experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment - ideally food manufacturing
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- An outstanding work ethic with an ability to multi-task
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Process improvement and problem-solving ability

**Shift Availability**:

- Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat - 8am to 4pm
- Wednesday: 6:00am to 2:30pm
