**Job Description**:
As a Bond Cleaner at Flawless Cleaning Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of residential properties at the end of leases. Your work will directly impact our clients' satisfaction and our company's reputation for providing exceptional cleaning services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties to the highest standard.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet or exceed client expectations, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, walls, and carpets.
- Complete cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Follow cleaning schedules and job specifications as outlined.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and appropriately.
- Report any maintenance or property damage concerns to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients.
- Ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks within set deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial and bond cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: $23.23 - $40.26 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
