**About You**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing, motivating, and developing your team in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
- Taking ownership of your department’s budgets and targets, and analyzing efficiency to achieve the company’s objective
- Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
- Planning and managing the rosters for your team
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
- Utilizing your industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research in order to deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain
- Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
- Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
