We are looking for a caring and reliable support worker (male or female) to join our team and support a woman in her 50s living in Melbourne. This role is about more than just providing assistance — it’s about building trust, offering companionship, and helping someone enjoy a safe, fulfilling, and independent life.

Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting with things like companionship, light household tasks, and getting out into the community. Every day is different, and your support can make a real difference.

You must have, at a minimum:

- Experience working in disability support or aged care
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if required)
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred
- Kind, patient, and respectful attitude

Additional requirements:

- Maintain registrations and qualifications at all times
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation
- National Police Check
- Access to a smartphone or another device with internet access
- Must agree and sign a confidentiality form to protect organisational and participants’ information at all times

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
