**Primary Objective**
This role's primary purpose is to successfully support the business to ensure completion of projects in accordance with the Client's expectations and within (or exceeding) all quality, safety, environmental, time, profit and project business plan objectives.

Day to day responsibilities for this role will include:

- Assist whole of Project Team with day to day administrative tasks as required
- Schedule regular meetings and record/minute meeting and decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals and update workflows
- Collate weekly timesheets and tracking of manpower hours
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Preparation and maintenance of site safety and equipment registers
- Document Control (Aconex)
- Provide general project and HSEQ administrative support, including onboarding of employees
- Procurement - resources, like equipment and material including retrieving CapEx quotes and submissions and tracking of orders
- Ad hoc administrative support as required

You will also hold the following experience, skills and attributes:

- Previous demonstrated experience in a Project Administrator role
- Enjoy working in a site based environment with a support project team
- Advance level Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level organisational and time management skills
- High level attention to detail
- Previous experience with construction would be advantageous
