**About us**
Working in the Wholesale to Retail market, Oceana Intl. is one of the country's top suppliers ofparty, gift wares, costumes, candles and greeting cards.
- 1-2 years previous experience as an Office Manager.
- Be able to work within a team to continue to meet the high standards expected excellentcommunicate
- Relevant qualification of industry skills or proven experience
- Strong management and planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Driven to achieve high standard and efficient service
- The position is required to undertake the following duties:
- Participating in the planning and evaluation of office services while establishing priorities andservice standards.
- Distributing human resources and workspace, efficiently.
- Assigning tasks to staff and overseeing their performance and preparing report.
- Managing office records and financial accounts properly.
- Liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution ofproblems
- Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management,payroll, training and supervision
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, productive, and organised workenvironment.
- Manage general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling office supplies,and maintaining ling systems.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
