**Join Our Team as a Rostering Officer**
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional passionate about delivering high-quality support in the Aged Care sector? Mid Murray Support Service (MMSS) is looking for a dedicated **Rostering Officer** to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless care delivery.
**About the Role**: As our Rostering Officer, you will coordinate and manage staff and care recipient rosters, ensuring efficient, timely, and sustainable operations. Your ability to maintain accurate records, adhere to industry standards, and foster effective communication will directly contribute to the success of our services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage rosters to ensure shifts are allocated fairly, meet Award provisions, and align with client needs.
- Communicate shift changes to care recipients and staff promptly.
- Maintain compliance with training, credentialing, and contractual requirements.
- Support workers with mentoring, coaching, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely CRM records and reporting.
- Address and resolve rostering issues, including system, procedural, or compliance concerns.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, professional approach with a focus on teamwork.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and tasks.
- Experience in the Aged/Disability sector (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and technology.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Minimum completion of Year 11.
- Certificate III or higher (preferred).
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.
- National Police Check (NPC) and DCSI clearances (or willingness to obtain).
