Established in 2016, My Emergency Doctor is a high growth telemedicine business. Our team of Emergency Specialists provide care virtually to hospitals, ambulance services, primary health networks, residential aged care facilities and urgent care centres across Australia. Our Specialists help our clients avoid unnecessary presentations to hospitals, determine which patients need ambulances, support on-site clinical staff to provide critical care and supervise and guide doctors overnight in the emergency department.

**The Opportunity**

The primary purpose of the Senior Project Manager is to lead and manage multiple and concurrent projects to implement MED services into health care settings. You will assist clients to embed new ways of working to ensure utilisation and benefits realisation of MED solutions to deliver patient access to high quality healthcare and improve patient flow.

The ability to bring to this role an understanding of the Australian health system, in particular emergency care, is essential. This role would suit individuals with healthcare consulting experience looking for a change or senior hospital PMO project mangers, strategic planners or continuous improvement officers

You will work in collaboration with internal and external teams to embed new services into our client's facilities. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the implementation process post contract execution through to review and evaluation.

You will collaborate with and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project delivery within time frames. Establishing and maintaining good governance and project management discipline to ensure outcomes are achieved.

The role will require flexible working hours, regular domestic travel and onsite delivery in healthcare facilities requiring COVID vaccination and mask wearing.

**Responsibilities**
- Direct and oversee completion of multiple concurrent projects nationwide
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Resource management, allocation and coordination
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Project management and Agile
- Change management
- Project management experience within the Australian hospital system is essential.
- Health practitioner qualifications are highly desirable, preferably nursing, pharmacy or allied health experience within emergency or critical care medicine.
