**Job Description**:
The User Experience Design Lead establishes and drives adoption of processes and methodologies to achieve the UX Strategy. They identify areas of need for design direction and thought leadership across product portfolios, and lead reviews with designers at key milestones to steward products into best-in-class experiences. They align the product portfolio with success by making sure the UX team drives innovation.
**Job Description**:
- Drive a customer-centric approach by leading end-to-end product design initiatives through discovery, framing, iterative development and delivery.- Define and communicate product design strategy, vision, and guiding principles to team members, cross-functional peers, and stakeholders resulting in emotionally engaging customer experiences.- Sets standards for design language, collaboration processes, and tools amongst the UX team and within product teams.-
- Define and execute research plans, leveraging methodologies such as contextual interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and personas.- Provides feedback on work output to User Experience Designers and serves as a mentor on design standards, tools and processes.- Champions UX education, up-skilling, and customer-centric mindset transformation throughout CoreLogic.
Job Qualifications:
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience creating compelling new UI design and visual product experiences for a product area, and connecting those to a broader product vision- Expert in building responsive components and patterns in Figma- Experience working with Design Systems-
- Experience managing creative teams is considered a plus, but not essential. This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior User Experience Designer looking to step up and lead a team of other talented User Experience Designers.
