We are seeking a Property Assistant who is ready for a change or step up to join a great team based in Neutral Bay. Within this role you will join a close-knit and collaborative team supporting across all administration and office coordination.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys taking ownership over their tasks, and likes to use their initiative to identify new opportunities. This is a busy role with plenty of variety.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage general office coordination including managing incoming calls from a range of stakeholders and setting up meeting rooms
- Supporting the team with creating reports and documents
- Maintain office environment and facilities
- Maintenance and analysis of company database
- Ad hoc administration duties as required

**Who you are?**
- Proactive with great initiative and passion for owning your responsibilities and delivering high quality support
- Confident learning new software platforms and marketing platforms.
- Great customer service and stakeholder skills - confident liaising with anyone from the general public through to the executive leadership team
- This position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday. You will be joining an established and highly respected organisation and team with a great culture of recognition and teamwork._
