**The Role**

As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining strong cash flow within the organization. Your attention to detail and proficiency in handling accounts receivable tasks will be crucial to their continued success.

This role is a temporary to permanent opportunity and will be starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, including accurate and timely generation of invoices.
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to address outstanding payments and resolve payment-related issues.
- Contribute to streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights on accounts receivable status.

**About You**
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the mining services industry or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Ariba or similar financial software systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations and practices.
