E² Young Engineers provides a suite of enrichment programs run after school, weekends, and school holidays for primary school children in the areas of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The children will learn theoretical concepts and build motorised LEGO® models to understand real-life topics.

The position is open for Instructors who are logical, out-of-the-box thinkers and would like to teach and influence kids towards Science and Mathematics at various levels from Grade 1 to 6.

**You will**:

- Facilitate the program at different schools during after-school hours and Holiday Camp during school holidays
- Prepare for the lesson and Learn to become creative in delivering your presentation to the Students. (All lessons and training provided)
- Teach the STEM concepts to the students (weekly lesson plan will be provided)

- Assist and guide Students with their model builds using LEGOs
- Keep Students interested, motived and encourage them to learn throughout the workshop and achieve the learning outcomes for the day
- Have fun while teaching & guiding the students
- Taking pictures, videos, and a short explanation of what has been taught.

Job duties will include setting up class materials or kits for In-Person classes, using presentation slides and other structured company-provided materials. Convey key STEM concepts to students, answer student questions while maintaining student interest and attention, providing valuable feedback back on student performance, challenges, courses, and content.

All training on how to deal with students and problem solving with LEGO® will be provided.
