**Administer a quality control system for maintaining feedback with management, providers & participants
Competence in facilitating vocational education and training programs to diverse client groups
Development, implementation and evaluation of vocational training programs to individuals or groups
Assessing the vocational education and training needs of clients as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity principles and practices
High level negotiation skills
High level oral and written communication skills
Ability to liaise with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds

Liaise with staff, community groups and visitors
