With the launch of our brand-new Brisbane campus, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Bricklaying & Blocklaying Trainer to join our growing team.
The RoleAs a Trainer, you will deliver and assess the Certificate III in Bricklaying & Blocklaying (CPC33020), ensuring students gain the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the construction industry. You will work with a motivated training team, contribute to developing quality resources, and support students throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and assess Certificate III in Bricklaying & Blocklaying training.
- Provide hands-on practical training in simulated and workplace environments.
- Support, mentor, and guide students to achieve their learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA, WHS, and NVC policies.
- Engage with industry and employers to strengthen training and career pathways.
- Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying (or higher trade qualification).
- Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Strong industry experience in bricklaying/blocklaying.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- A passion for teaching and shaping the future workforce.
- $90–$100 per hour.
