**About the role**
We are currently seeking an entry-level recruitment officer to join our highly driven team. This role will require a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to all you encounter
**.**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting interviews via phone, video, or face-to-face
- Completing reference checks
- Proactively follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process

**About you**
You will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, and in return we will offer full training and a great working environment.

You will also possess the following:

- Customer service or administration experience
- Friendly, professional manner
- Positive 'can-do' attitude
- High level of attention to detail
- Well-developed communication skills
- Intermediate experience with MS Office
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
